Mumbai Flavours set out to capture the vibrant essence of Indian cuisine and present it through a modern, globally appealing digital experience. Polaris Studios partnered with the brand to reimagine its entire identity — from a refreshed logo and color system to a seamless, performance-driven website and local SEO presence. The result is a platform that evokes warmth, authenticity, and credibility — connecting the heart of Mumbai’s flavours to the cosmopolitan diners of Luxembourg.
The Challenge
- Fragmented brand identity: Offline visuals (menu, interiors, print) didn’t align with the restaurant’s online presence.
- Low online visibility: Limited discoverability for “best Indian food in Luxembourg.”
- No seamless user journey: Visitors couldn’t easily reserve tables or view menus online.
- Cultural balance: Needed to reflect authentic Indian roots while maintaining a modern European sensibility.
- Content gaps: Lack of storytelling around the founders and culinary heritage.

- Brand Evolution: Refreshed the logo, typography, and color palette — infusing saffron warmth with deep blue sophistication.
- User-Centric Website: Designed a responsive, bilingual site (English / French) with smooth navigation, parallax sections, and call-to-action placements for reservations and takeaway orders.
- SEO + Local Optimization: Implemented structured data for menus, reviews, and Google My Business; ranked on page 1 for “Indian restaurant Luxembourg.”
- Content Storytelling: Crafted founder stories, dish spotlights, and behind-the-kitchen visuals to humanize the brand

Development Process
Discovery:
We began with an in-depth brand audit and competitor analysis to understand Mumbai Flavours’ current digital landscape, audience perception, and growth opportunities laying the foundation for a clear visual and SEO direction that aligned with the restaurant’s long-term goals.
Design:
Our creative team translated strategic insights into tangible design outcomes, developing detailed UI/UX wireframes and a unified style guide featuring refined color palettes, typography systems, and Figma layouts that balanced Indian warmth with European sophistication.
Development:
We engineered a full-stack, CMS-enabled website built for speed, scalability, and ease of management ensuring a seamless user experience across devices while integrating features for reservations, menu exploration, and content updates.
UI/UX Design
Post-build, we focused on digital performance implementing advanced on-page SEO, metadata structuring, Google My Business optimization, and analytics dashboards to drive discoverability and monitor engagement in real time.
